Cityringen metro, the ring of Copenhagen
Commercial Contact part-takes in the construction of the futuristic Cityringern project in Copenhagen. Already famous for its modern and excellent public transport system, Copenhagen will inaugurate a new metropolitan ring in 2019 that, close to the city, will succeed in reaching and serving 85% of the population. Developed at a depth of around 30 meters, Cityringen provides 17 new stations, two 17.4 km tunnels each and will be connected to both the existing metro line and the other bus and train stations already available in the city.
